DANISH GP RESULT
| HAYDEN WOOD (LANARKSHIRE LIONS) won this round and picked up 19 points to fire himself into a rostrum position after a solid display which saw him drop just 2 points. LUKE TREADWELL (BRATISLAVA BUZZARDS) couldn't quite match his win in the previous round but recovered from a shaky start to take 2nd in the round, add 15 points to his total and remain on top of the standings after 2 rounds. Behind them LIAM REAY (TILBURY DOCKERS) made a flying start with 4 straight wins but could only add 4 further points, although the final result sees him reduce the gap at the top of the standings to just a single point as he looks to take a 3rd straight title. The Grand Final was completed by GABRYS IRZYK (NEWMARKET RAIDERS) who added 12 points to the 9 picked up in the previous round and the young Pole moves to 4th in the overall rankings. |
| It was a decent round for OLLE BJORN THORESEN (TEESSIDE TRANSPORTERS), BRAXTON MCCHESNEY (KING'S LYNN LIGHTNING) and BOGUSLAW KRYZNOWEK (MILTON KEYNES CATS) who all reached the Semi Finals stage and sit in top 8 positions overall. After a nightmare opening GP for former World Champion NICK AMBROSE (RYE RACERS) he performed much better in this one to pick up 10 points and improve his overall placing. |
| NIKITA FEDORENKO (WEDNESFIELD WANDERERS), CHRIS ADAMS (WEDNESFIELD WANDERERS) and HANS E BERGESTOL (TEESSIDE TRANSPORTERS) all scored 7 in the round and are well placed ovreall at this early stage of the series. STEEN ERIKSEN (LANARKSHIRE LIONS) scored 6 whilst FILLIPPE CHONG (WANTAGE KINGS) failed to trouble the top positions again and the pair will want to see some improvement in the next few rounds. At the bottom of the scorecard here, with just 2 points each, were MACIEK TERCJAK (MILTON KEYNES CATS), HENRIK HANSEN (TUNSTALL TERRIORS) and Wildcard LEON JEPPESEN (LANARKSHIRE LIONS) with the former two knowing they need to produce better performances if they want to make an impact on the series this season whilst it was a good learning experience for Jeppesen who was on the pace and improved as the meeting progressed. |
